Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
- Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.
- Shipping Time: Shipping time is typically 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Rates:
- Domestic Shipping (Cyprus Only): Orders are delivered to the Akis Express service point of your choice for a flat rate of €3 per order. Free delivery is offered on orders over €60.
- No International Shipping:Currently, we do not offer shipping outside of Cyprus.
- Additional charges: A cash-on-delivery option is available for an additional fee of €2.
Tracking Your Order:
- After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation SMS from Akis Express, including a tracking number. This number can be used to monitor the progress of your order.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns:
Condition: Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Eligibility: Most new, unopened items can be returned within 15 days of delivery for an exchange or a voucher. Sale items are not eligible for return.
Return Process:
Initiate a Return: To begin the return process, please contact us via Instagram, Messenger, or email at info@littlecozyland.com, providing your order number (if available) and the reason for the return.
Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how to send the item back. Please do not ship any items to us before contacting us.
Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item.
Exchanges:
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please contact us via Instagram, Messenger, or email at info@littlecozyland.com.
